Project Details
This project involved the development of Buda, an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant created for MUTE Club de Mar. Designed to support the brand’s high-demand seasonal operation, Buda was built to answer guests in real time, 24/7, through a conversational experience connected to Meta, Make and OpenAI.
The goal was not to create a traditional chatbot, but an intelligent assistant capable of understanding user questions and responding naturally across key topics such as events, tickets, schedules, reservations, venue information, app usage and general guest support.
The project combined conversational strategy, AI integration, automation workflows and WhatsApp implementation to extend MUTE’s brand experience into an always-on digital service channel.
